DME's Open House/Pool Party | w/ AHR DJs | (Photos)

I finally finished decorating the penthouse and I'm ready to have the open house and pool party. The details are below, but thought I would share the photos (Kendra forced me to do this, she wants to put them at Pinterest, lol), and then you'll have an idea of what I've been doing the past couple of days while still sick with the cold and only able to do no brainer stuff.

This was definitely a labor of love and a collaborative effort with some very special friends and their creative ideas, as well as a special crafter and "getter of unique things" --> Alissanos (Ali). It all made my efforts so much easier, and I'm very pleased with how it all turned out. I was so inspired. Even the whip on the night table at the lady's side of the 4-poster bed was a move spawned by David Chizar's constant talking about whips and paddles in Monria chat (LOL). What he DOESN'T know, is what the chest underneath the night table holds.

It will continue to be a mystery, but I'm sure there will be false speculation.

As you can see, I made it as much of a party place as possible, and have the cocktails all set up for guests. The penthouse is open 24/7 for anyone to enjoy, but be sure to clean up after yourself.

I think Kendra and Ali have moved in as roommates, or at least they threatened to.

And Onyar has decided that he will be the guard on the inside (since the Knight is in the hallway), and he will take up bouncer duties should it get too rough in the Pub.

Thanks Max and Izzy, it's definitely a party place, but there's plenty of space for those who can't make their way home and need to crash after the party. I'm just glad that everything stays stationary.

You had yourself a nice swim yesterday Max, and yes it IS cool that the windows go all the way to the bottom of the pool. It's going to be interesting to see how many will be in the pool at once on Saturday. There IS a Life Guard chair.

I checked the Penthouse stats on the estate terminal and the max avatar capacity is 50. I doubt very much we'll exceed that, or even get close to that, so we should be just fine. Has anyone ever met capacity with that? I give away stuff at parties, so this may have the potential to be a first. Guess we'll find out.

I had to change the first pool photo because I added a BBQ. I snatched it right out of Anhithe's shop.
