Toulan Event | Nov 18-20 | Decca & the 3 Dark Mages of Toulan

I keep warning everyone that Decca is extremely dangerous and will stop at nothing to disrupt the natural order of things. The Mountain of Madness is yet another distraction while she operates in the shadows. Just a reminder that the Necronomicon is an ancient book of text that was compiled by Abdul Alhazred (also known as the "Mad Arab") in the 8th century, and it contains magic spells and incantations that can summon the darkest of evil. The Necronomicon was originally called Al Azif that Abdul wrote while living in Damascus before his sudden and mysterious death in 738. It was later translated into Greek and given the name Necronomicon.

So, there is definitely a deep connection between Monria and Toulan, and the Necronomicon seems to be the defining factor that continues to bridge the gap. This is not something to take lightly. Decca knows that the Three Mages are ancient and respected Viziers, as well as the origin of the insurrection that led to the Apocalyptic War on Toulan. She also knows that these men of magic always had the intention of furthering their own control of Nawa, but after the war when reconstruction of the planet had begun, each of the Mages was locked up in one of the Abraj, or Towers.

According to Eleni's research, there is only the Burj al-Hawa tower (Wind Tower) that is known so far. Why Wind? It's part of the classical elements tied to Persian, Egyptian and other Arabic countries (wind, water, earth and fire). The fifth element is considered to being the Void.

Eleni speculates that the other two locations where a Dark Mage might be locked up is at the Citadel and the Narian Temple based on the Qaydar, Shamsdar and Baydar card instances that clearly show photos of all three of the locations. Access to these areas requires an incantation to enter.

These warlocks cannot be destroyed, only chained to their prison. Nawa is considered the "Lifeforce" of Toulan with magical powers, and it needs to be balanced or it becomes unstable and out of control. The Mages, during their betrayal for control of Nawa used their dark magic powers to manipulate the Astrolabe in order to make the Narians stronger and bring them back from their exile, but their plan failed and it triggered the apocalyptic war over 600 years ago.

Bab al-Thalam is The Door of Darkness, which keeps the Narians out of Toulan and in another dimension. The last thing we want is for Decca to learn where the three Dark Mages are imprisoned and somehow release them through her own dark and evil incantations.

TOULAN MONTHLY EVENT | DETAILS

Event Begins | Friday, Nov 18th -- 19:00 Game Time
Event Ends | Sunday, Nov 20th -- Midnight or After

Location | Begins at Guardian Village with HM Queen Nara and will expand across various locations on Toulan over the weekend

Yamato Warp Schedule will run on Thursday, Nov 17th and Monday, Nov 21st due to the weekend-long Toulan event.

Specific Details

• The Toulan community and allies must unite once again to defeat shared loot mobs and protect the planet
• As a reminder, the 22 modified mob maturities will only ever appear during events
• There are specific Lost Pages for the Book of Life that can only ever be looted during an event
• The Lost Pages will drop from all mobs during an event and outside of an event, as well as from mining and crafting
• As learned with the launch of this monthly event in Dec 2020, the mob attacks will commence at Guardian Village with HM Queen Nara
• --- she is calling on all Insians and allies to defend the village
• We also learned that following the initial attack, there is a full scale invasion across various locations on Toulan

WARNING

We warned you before to come fully prepared because the behavior of these unique 22 modified creatures is unpredictable. Many learned with the launch of this monthly event in Dec 2020, that anyone stepping into the large aggro range of these mobs will trigger a full-on charge of all of the mobs at once, and it's not just one group of them. There are waves that include boss mobs, and then all 7 of the boss mobs in a row, one more deadly than the one before. When all 7 boss mobs are killed at this initial onslaught of chaos, the full scale invasion across various locations on Toulan begins for the remainder of the weekend.

However, there is an added segment to the end of the initial waves and bosses for about an hour or so ... it will keep you busy.

REMINDER

• The Toulan Citizenship Mission is tied into the Toulan Monthly Event only.
• You need a NawaCore MK3 to be able to take the mission from NPC Haneen at the Citadel in the Information Booth.
• Here is a link to Nawa/NawaCore information.
• Only event mobs (including the mobs at the beginning wave activity at Guardian Village) will count toward points and progressing the mission.
• Event mobs are all shared loot mobs and your contribution will give points, you don't have to have the kill shot.
• You will not receive points from event mobs while in a team.
• After completing the Toulan Citizenship Mission you will receive the Toulan Born outfit, the free space travel benefit on the Yamato and ---
• --- eligible to do all current and future Toulan Born and Queen Nara's continued Citizenship missions taken from the Citizens Representative
• --- the Citizens Representative NPC is located just inside of the Guardian Village East Gate on the right

(these guys, and the other wave levels all charge at once when the first player breaches their aggro range, which is quite large)

Decca is going to break the seal between these two dimensions. Yep.

Is this going to be like a 'Toulan' and 'Stranger Things' mashup?

Will we get the upside down Toulan where the mages have been freed from their prisons and are building an army to take over Toulan?

Just like how NI got a teleporter going to Ancient Greece... Toulan is going to get one that goes to the Elemental Planes? And The Void instead of The Moloch Depths?
