Bug was repaired, I dont know how. Now I can do Toby mission.

Hi. I cant access craft Toby mission. Is not appear sign "!" on his head, so I cant take his mission. Last time when I did this mission was 2 weeks ago. Relog and leaving from planet and comming back dindnt resolved the problem. How can I do this mission again?
