Can we still make Larches Green the main TP for all avatars who TP down to DSEC9?

Would it be possible to relocate the main portal that all avatars get upon entering the DSEC9? I would recommend relocating the main hub to the new town and development of Larches Green. This would make a better focal point and location since there are plenty of shops and estates. Maybe even...
