I personally feel there is more than enough reason for travel to Monria on it's own through space, regardless of DSEC-9. There are players still needing to go to Monria. The only space travel affected by this approach will be the players who happen to be on Toulan wanting to go to the DSEC-9...

The only bypass is for easy instant access to DSEC-9 from Monria or Toulan. You wouldn't be able to get to Monria from Toulan or to Toulan from Monria with this concept. One would still need to go through space for travel to/from Monria or Toulan

Space travel between Monria and Toulan or any other planet would be unaffected. This is only for instant travel to and from DSEC-9 from Toulan or Monria.

The point is to allow for players to be able to get to and from DSEC-9 from Toulan and Monria instantly, without disrupting normal space travel between Toulan and Monria. There would be many benefits of allowing this. The main purpose is to allow travel to DSEC-9 and not be able to bypass...

I did not see it in the VU release notes either for the 3 dynamic events inside the mountain area, but since MoM went live we've been getting the Elder Blessing stacks of 5% skill boost for each of the 4 events. I will need to double check tomorrow, but I think is a 10 stack for completing tier...
