It dosen't give a reload buff it's an increase in extraction speed when drilling claims. Pet buffs don't actually show on the buff bar afaik. But you can tell it's working when you are drilling if you dismiss the pet part way through a claim and you can tell it has slowed down.

I wonder if Tiering has a noticible effect on blazar availability? I only say this because I keep all the blazar I loot and save it for when I need to tier up ul equipment. Maybe there is more of it about than it seems but lots of it is sat in storages? Same result obviously i.e. a shortage.

Yes I cleared the waves and got kicked out with no helmet, went back in and had to clear the waves again and then it worked but that's ok for me at 119dps but not so good for less than that as I only had about 5 minutes to spare. Can I have a harness too please lol
