I got Chapter 1 off the small mobs myself.

OpaloMan killed a creature (Yog scrub) with a value of 87 PED! And a few minutes later..... OpaloMan killed a creature (Yog scrub) with a value of 15 PED! And NO CHAPTER!!! :(

From what I understand you need to pick up all 4 chapters and turn it back in for the book.
