Burj-al Hawa tower

In the lake near guardian village there is a tower called something like Burj-al Hawa.

Has anyone found a way to go inside this? if so what's inside?

That's why I don't really mind the "no vehicles" aspect for most of the planet so far. It's making me get out and explore on foot again. Finding things and seeing stuff that I never would zipping by over head in my chopper or sleip.
