While I'm sure you had good intentions, it's better to give an exact position and let the reader use however much of it he wants. You cropped off so much that your pos is about 4% of the total map of toulan.

Just to follow up on the above, Harban is located approx 1339xx / 925xx but as soon as you're in the area the orange dot will lead you straight to him.
