This will be updated as more resources are found.

Preliminary analysis opinion: It appears that DSEC-9 is the equivalent of indoor mining on Toulan.

I haven't been to DSEC much since the first couple weeks of release, but I thought I remembered getting at least one hit of Melchi Water, but lack the proof.

You were correct about the Melchi Water. Belkar, Sweetstuff, and Melchi water were added to the list today.

I mined also Mamnoon on DSEC

All the resources listed can be found on Toulan, and geologically it make sense since DSEC is a Toulan's moon.
Missing resorces present on Toulan are Caldorite, Gold, Iolite, Iron, Redulite, Azur Pearls, Binary Fluid... but being near to Monria I wish to find some deposit of Monria's native resources.

A extensive mining run from me is on schedule soon

Does mining in DSEC take special equipment or skills? I have dropped probes all over on several occasions and not had a single hit.

Dsec is like Monria, its indoor mining.
That means you get much less hits but bigger claims.

Thanks for this info though. Would have been nice if there was a guide or a map which shows which areas had which ores/enmats though. I need to find Nawa Drops for the second stage of the crossover quest chain.
