Exagerated brightness

Definitions set to very high, and this is how I get poorer eyesight:

I have a similar problem in Toulan Temple.

While facing a certain direction it's ok, turning in any other direction the colors become very bright (not this bright though).

ya its a directx 11 issue and very unlikely to be fixed in this engine
