Sinds the npc states the center is used to research the mobs.
You could make something drop of all mobs inside the fnf (lets call it research info) that you can turn into the research npc if you have enouf of them.
Rewards to put in there:
A brand new Toulan Armor you'll have to get piece by piece.
Exclusive Toulan furniture + shop shelves etc...
A FnF research outfit. for example a lab coat, protective glasses, etc...
That might even lure me into them ;)
