I think all texture BP's should be unlimited unless they are intended to be rare. I find the limited ones are rather useless when you just end up with 20 clicks of this and 15 clicks of that. It's hard enough to loot texture BP's as it is anyways. There are some really nice new textures that have been discovered, so it's disappointing to not be able to use them.
