There are several blueprints related to monria that either no longer exist or are incredibly scarce
I have reason to believe that is because monria is on the caly server
so my suggestion is toulan gets an eqv series of the monria bps which would be under toulans complete development control outside of the caly server
or have the bps added to toulans loot pool
namely melee durability 92-94-96 series
monrian enhanced power and monrian enhanced systems
potentially a preamped finder series family similiar to the dsec l's as well
the main reason melee durability 92-94-96 series arent crafted is because the monrian ehanced blueprints simply do not drop anymore
