Reorganization of DSEC-9 Mobs Listing

Just a heads up that I reorganized the section with the DSEC-9 mob information ... I divided it up between DSEC-9 and Elara because Shadow had collected data to post for Elara mobs as well ... with the 3rd and 4th map sections of DSEC-9 we'll add a separate section for those too after we release each map section.

We will continue to add info as it is available, but if you have something to add, let us know, especially when it comes to loot for each mob.
