Teleport to Monria for first time > Client crash

Good afternoon fellow Entropians,

I have encountered an issue when i arrived to Monria space station, i wanted to teleport to Monria, asked me to download the map, all went well, downloaded map and tried to teleport again.

When i teleported and the loading process begun, the client crashed.

Since then everytime i try to login my client crashes, cannot login anymore.

For almost 4 days i am waiting an answer from Entropia Support Team but nobody is answering to my support case.

Did anyone of you get this issue also?

Anyone know a solution?

I redownloaded the map, i updated the video drivers, nothing worked.

I have no idea what to do. PLS HAELP!!

Oh my goodness I've no idea

I've had that message before but it has fixed itself I think

i don't know like Kendra said I've had that message be for but never the crash but what it sounds like u might have a corrupt file in the client i would try uninstall and reinstall the game
