This one is given out by Askari ~ [134259 ~ 93334]
Kill 200 Sunjoq in the glade outside of CUHOF cave.

Reward = 1ped of oil

It has the same cooldown time as his "Find the Dogtags" quest

*WARNING*: If you kill Sunjoq anyplace besides outside CUHOF cave they do NOT count towards this mission.

And daily for Bahri: Hunt Bahri for Oil
I cannot remember where I picked this daily up from

Kill 160 Bahri

Reward = 2ped oil

I believe you get the Bahri mission for oil at the mission terminal.
