Cottage has 5 outside IP, this is one less than needed to place a shopkeeper, which takes 6 IP, i think it would be a wonderfull adjustment and good for the development of Larches green if more outside IP was available, maybe make it standard 6 and option to buy more ? yes i own a cottage !
