I don't know the current situation on Cyrene, but there weren't native bps at the start (camped there for a month after the launch), and when they added those later - it was the same endless grinding through Caly bps to loot one. WW are the most common indeed, but others drop too at least once...

A Toulan-specific BP? Because I loot plenty of Basic Relay/Structure/Filter etc while clicking Conductors and Ruds from Day 1.

I could live with only residue in loot as long as I'd get more residue than the ammo spent :p

When you try to get out of the lake around [132753, 94597] you get stuck (apparently legs get under the surface of the steep banks). Reproduced it twice, so I believe the whole shore at the area has this problem.
