In the mission I am collecting resources for DEC I. I was wondering who/what is DEC I.

What is DEC I?

It's nice that you can loot them in team. I just wonder do you have to do the killing hit, or more than 50% damage, or it doesn't matter.

Can you loot the parts needed for laptop upgrades by hunting OTIS in team and you are the second big DPS?
