Are you Toulan Born? Before we took over Toulan on 8/19/20, the Toulan beginners mission chain was available to everyone, but then we changed that and made it available only for Toulan and Monrian Born.

That mission was part of the Iron Missions, but after Codex was introduced, the Iron Missions were no longer available. This is true for all planets. However, if you had an Iron Mission active at the time of transition, you are able to complete it. Hope that helps.
