Cant enter cards instances

Hi all,

Im writting this on the behalf of Jurgen, with his permission, because, not native english.


He could not enter the cards instances.
Seems like the exact same scenario as when the begginer cuhof were shut, but we had a key and tried to enter.

• He has the right card
• He has Nawa cells
• He picked the mission
• He said the right sentence
• Loading screens loops "loading please wait", then nothing happens, but no cell consumed.
• Mission ends as for successfully found the entrance
• Relogging did not solve the problem
• Restarting PC did not solve the problem

Happened to Hally in front of us, though for Hally, a relog produced a lag, then worked.
Others have entered successfully.


I suggested Jurgen to reinstall the game, incase something went wrong for him, but may be worth looking in to it on VS side too.
Also to fill a MA ticket, but that may be slow and not understood properly, or treated as low priority, since it works for others.

Hi Kendra,
I just spoke to him, he didnt re-install yet, nor made a ticket to MA.
Guess he just left it as it was.

He's going to write a ticket now.
He wont be on Toulan for a bit, to re-try, so, ill asked him to give some news as soon as he knows.

So ive been in touch with Jurgen,

Hes sent a ticket and got it all sorted, needed a clean re-install of the game/client as it was laggy, plus his inventory/storage had a bug.
He did that and he has been able to access the card instances now

[Protecting pro Innocence]

This is happening to me now. It worked a few times, was able to repeat, but now it's everytime, reloging worked for me. Not sure how long that will last according to the other players Hally and Jurgen.
