hi, a suggestion:
if Nahri Temple (where khaffash and the fountain are) would also have a Construction Machine, then I would for sure attempt to craft Simple 1 Conductors and/or Simple 1 Plastic Springs with the oils i loot from khaffash and the oils i have in storage/inventory from other mobs i've killed before getting here.
And if a Mission Terminal is also there, I might just pick the daily khaffash from it as well and keep hunting khaffash
