The following was my response to your post about this on our VS Discord ...

The Dahhar & Mokhat Juveniles outside Guardian Village are unique to that area and may have different loot than other levels of their kind ... we added the Mokhat Jelly especially for our new players to have a MU item to help them with their game play ... we added low level armor, weapons and heal tools specifically for our new players as well, so that area is quite different.
