Several times I have landed my vehicle under the observatory on Burj Al-Hawa Island - approaching from the East - and when I get out I am underground. Depending on where I land, I am not always close enough to get back in my vehicle or use the Interactive portal. (The rocky ground below is sloped) and have to either "T" or Teleport out.
