A common component BP like the Borghee shouldn't use rare mats like the Jeef Core Unit. Why not put something like Aqeeq or Fairuz in it instead? (I have so much of those mats I don't know what to do with them).
Also, a lot of the new furniture BP's require the same rare mats as each other, instead of using more of the mats that drop abundantly like Dahhar skin and TabTab loot etc.
It would also make gathering resources easier if you only needed 3 unrefined mats to equal 1 refined. That's kind of a universe-wide standard and it's a bit of an annoyance to have to remember a bunch of exceptions.
