... and yes, I know that ShadowDragonV took you on as a new Disciple of hers and you got lucky because she's amazing, she really takes care of her Disciples and is very helpful, but that is just her nature ... I've worked with her now over 8 yrs I think it is, and I couldn't ask for a better Community & Media Operations Partner ... while she's not an official member of the VS Team, she sure has earned her place as someone we highly value and respect for what she has contributed over the years ... you're right, she's the best. 
We are also connected now, so if you run into any issues you can let me know as well, but the community overall is very helpful.
