Land area tax popup on login.

Every time i log in i get a land area tax popup that is set to 0.

Still having this issue. I made a pic to show you.
It happens when i leave the mayhem and spawn back on Toulan too.

Now that i'm joining mayhem on Toulan i also get a popup saying i have left taxed land when entering the instance.

Yup, i can confirm this as i'm on monria atm. Dsec and Alera have this for me too.

Also you get a double message if you login and you are at nahar towers.
There is a boundary area right in the south where the thwar spawn to the west of the PVP area, as you run around shooting you constantly get pop up saying entered and left a land area

It's more annoying when you go down to the Thawr hunting area which seems to be right on the boundary

I just found out, since this bug is popping non-stop in Cuhof cave, that on each tax tick, we found ourselves in and out of vehicule zone.
The restrictions comes on and off below the radar, as we move and make it tick - thing that we cannot see on logging screen.
I have no idea if this helps fixing it, but its an observation.

And it carries on and off and on and off.
