I'd actually made a post about a floating island and djinn/efreeti accessed via the carpet a bit over a year ago now.
In that time a lot has happened... lore has been shared about the connection between Toulan and Monria/the Cthulhu mythos.
We've seen Cthylla's bone (a replica of the bones found on the sands of Toulan's desert) which can now be used to summon her on DSEC.
The Decca character and the cultists are not celestial beings that could get through to the abyss/void/plane of death without disrupting the elemental planes and inadvertently drawing the attention of elemental beings (specifically reference the djinn/efreet on the plane of fire/water/earth/air due to their ties to arabic lore & mythology).
So, I'll use this as a well placed reminder that the first HDD was looted on DSEC on June 6th, 2021... which makes it over two years of waiting for a reason to use the armor on the planet it was looted on
There's never been a more lore-appropriate time to introduce some exotic damage type elemental mobs onto the planet and bring some demand for DSEC & Lotus armor along with it. It also piques the interest of every big ped card that has a set of Hazen attached to it..
And as that googledoc mentioned, yes, mob stats are important. The average level 10 creature with 1000 hp is not an attractive baseline for a planet if it's looking to appeal to players looking to grind for skill gains or efficient level-based event loot.
