I was looking for this mission but cant find it in Mission Terminal.

What NawaCore do you have if any? With each NawaCore level it opens more missions at the terminal, like NawaCore MK 2 or MK3 ... see the NawaCore Agent down the road from the Nahar City TP ... I would give you a waypoint, but I'm on my phone.
