ST PATRICK'S DAY EVENT | MOON MARCH MADNESS | 2022
Decca and Yog-Sothoth already possess the Necronomicon and that's dangerous enough, but I can say at this point that because Queen Nara had strewn the Book of Laws pages across Toulan, and Cthulhu's twin brother (Pinthas) refusing to partake in incantations to awaken Cthulhu from his death-like sleep, we are safe for the moment, but that doesn't mean that Decca won't use every means available to her to make our lives miserable.
It is time once again to battle against the rising dark forces of evil on Monria so that we don't lose control and fall into the hands of Decca. She has been a menace since the 1500s with her Cultists and the Church of Cthulhu, but on Monria, she leads the Cult of Shut'thend and also directs the activities of the other creatures.
Question is ... can we achieve yet another victory over Decca and her evil attempts at taking over Monria?

SATURDAY EVENTS | MARCH 19TH
- those walking in the parade should be at DSEC Forensics at --> 12:30 game time
- Monria Owner/Moon Manager (Anhithe) will organize the line-up for the Parade March
- let's see if we can assemble an even larger parade participation than the last 6 years
- Anhithe will lead the parade into the DSEC Forensics crater to walk a specific path
- the parade will begin at --> 13:00 game time <-- please be on time
- set yourself to WALK instead of run -- press your Q key to toggle walk/run
- wave as you pass DME because the video camera will be rolling
- --- please do not step in front of DME as it blocks the camera view -- thank you
- bring along a pet to add more festivity to the parade walk -- a Green Leprechaun would be nice
- carry handhelds and shoot off fireworks intermittently
- be sure to pick up your St Patrick's Day Event gift at DSEC-9

Do your best to assemble the most creative-looking Irish-related fashion you can and get ready to parade yourself in the DSEC Military Camp Monria Boxing Ring in an effort to win one of three PED prizes. Leave your ego outside of the ring, because during the fashion viewing by the judges, those who are not in contention for winning a prize will be eliminated --
I think you know what this means.
ALERT -- it was discovered that the beginning time with the Event Organizer at the Monria Boxing Ring was set at 17:30 game time instead of 18:00 ... please make sure to register prior to 17:30 game time if you are participating in the Irish Fashion Competition.
RULES
- Time | 18:30 game time -- Location | DSEC Military Camp -- Monria Boxing Ring
- go North of the TP around the rock wall, and past Wang's pet stable to the boxing ring
- register with the Event Organizer at the boxing ring prior to the event
- --- this is only for those who are participating in the SPD Fashion Contest
- be sure to register prior to 17:30 game time or you won't gain access to the boxing ring
- at 18:15 game time, all participants should enter the boxing ring --- please be on time
- --- stand around the outer edge of the ring at the ropes and not in the center
- --- the Virtualsense Team Staff will be in the center of the ring reviewing your fashion
- --- DME will be capturing photos
- your look has to be a complete ensemble and not just a hat if you want to win --- go all out
- be your most creative self because this parade of fashion will be published in photos
- armor is allowed as part of your fashion statement but ...
- --- as a result of the process of elimination, know that your armor will take on decay
- if you are not in the running for winning a prize, you will be eliminated from the ring
- --- and you can't fight back ... if you do, you will be disqualified from any random prizes
- if you are eliminated, please respect the method of elimination, as well as your fellow contestants
- once eliminated, you may not re-enter the ring
- the eliminations will continue until there are 4 people standing --- they will be the winners
- once you are disqualified, don't leave the area -- you could be eligible for a random prize

- --- please do not showcase every single pet you own

- --- we have to be mindful of the time because of the number of people who enter this contest
- when we are ready for the event, we will move over to the Monria Boxing Ring
- when your name is called, please step into the ring where you will have the stage to yourself
- the more creative you interact with your pet the better -- your fashion statement could be key too
- judging criteria --> most creative pet/owner interaction with tricks/performance/story
- --- we have had some incredible pet/owner performances with tricks and interactions that told a story
- --- each participant gets to have the Local chat channel to themselves during their performance
- --- this is one of our favorite competitions at our St Patrick's Day events

. Thanks to DME and the Virtual Sense Crew and all others who make this Event so special every year. 
definitely had the better interaction there. Bonnie entered with a Karmoosh Aleef pet called Potato (the new Karmoosh pet with red pants), and I entered with Scotti2Hotti, (the old Karmoosh Lateef pet with the Scotch pants). Bonnie had me clearly beat in the fashion department, yep a really stunning outfit.
So I had to come up with a good story. I looked at Scotti2Hotti, defined the circumstances of taming, his outstanding features and his character and added a dash of humor.
