Is there only one apartment available for the 99999 globals? or does everyone who hits a "9" global win? I'm a bit confused?

Rarely do we give more than one apartment away, and since we don't have that many left, it will only be one apartment going forward, but only at our bigger events.

The number needed is a global/hof with two 9s in it as shown with the examples, but it has to be the first recorded global/hof with the two 9s, and I already mentioned that in the event detail post.
