We've received a lot of questions from users not being able to access the account.entropiauniverse.com website for Deposits, Account creation, Support, Account information and more.
The recent disturbance was caused by two factors; one - a hardware error causing our systems to have less redundancy, and two - a network glitch caused by one of our Internet Service Providers (ISP).
When the network glitch occurred our normal trouble shooting procedures concluded that there was an ISP network error and that the normal redundancy couldn't resolve the situation. To handle this it was decided that the network traffic should be rerouted to a secondary location. The secondary location however was not configured correctly with the latest web-certificates causing many browsers to display a security alert on secure https connections.
We are sorry for the disturbance and are reviewing our procedures to avoid the same to happen again.
Deposit and support contacts inside Entropia Universe should not have been affected by this error.
