Stuck When Exit CUHOF Beginner

Howdy All
So far, *every* time I exit the CUHOF Beginner, my avatar is stuck in the door. I believe it's an EU wide problem, but is there some way to specify a 'landing zone' on exiting the instance? Following MA's advice to press "T" sends me over to Al-Nahar Snow Mountain outpost!
