Issue:
If you do not have the require materials on you when speaking with Khalil on Event Area the First time the NPC does not respond once you have the needed materials on you.
A relog is required to bring up the materials turn in window.
Additionally, as DSEC is technically Toulan the turn in window will display when arriving on DSEC.
Fix the Mission NPC please so that the mission turn in window can be displayed more than 1 time.
Cause:
I often consolidate the hunting loot for that mission into the nearby storage. In doing so, I generally forget to have the needed materials on me. subsequently after screwing that up, i cant even walk 5 meters to storage and turn in the mission.
