The "Perceived Loot Distribution" table is now available here (right click and open in a new tab). These mob spawns are mixed levels which makes it more difficult to isolate specific items to the mob level. Therefore, the intention is to get you "where" you want to hunt for the best possible drop frequency of the item in question. Shrapnel and TT values are excluded along with TT-in and TT-out , as they have no bearing on this project. If you would like to contribute, please use the same format as the initial replies.
