hi

avatar name = inkie pinkie lingkie
monria born :)

==========
** ALERT **
Please make sure that your status in the game is NOT on Incognito or Invisible because if it is, I can't access your avatar name through the in-game User Registry and wont be able to add you to the Yamato guest list.
==========

You will receive a friend request from the Monria Fleet Manager prior to the next travel schedule, and after you accept it, you will be added to the Yamato guest list and sent an invite to the Yamato chat channel.

** IMPORTANT **
Make sure that you have all planets and space downloaded to prevent a disruption during travels. Before you log into the game, click on the "Tools" link at the bottom right of the Client Loader to see what's downloaded and what's not.

ALERT ... make sure that you have read and understand the new changes to the space travel program with regard to having your own transportation to access planets. We cannot guarantee a ride down to the planet.

ALSO IMPORTANT ... make sure to do your 8 posts in the test thread in order to see our Shoutbox at the forum on the right side just down a bit. This is where we communicate with our Yamato passengers during the travel schedules. This is beneficial in case you have to log out during a warp if you have lootables and will be protected should we be attacked by pirates. You will watch the Shoutbox to learn when it is safe to log back in at your destination.

Be sure to wear your Monrian Born or Toulan Born shirt if it applies when boarding the Yamato for travel so you will be recognized as a passenger who flies free. Apartment, booth and shop owners on Monria and Toulan are listed as VIPs and also fly free.

Here is a link to our Yamato Warp Schedule to familiarize yourself with our route and times of the first and final summons at each of the locations. We no longer do low orbit drops at planets except for Calypso and will go directly to the Space Stations for all other planets. You will fly down to the planet using your own space transportation. While space between a planet's Space Station and the planet is PvP, it is not lootable, same as low orbit, and there is no landing fee. If you take the TP from a planet's Space Station the fee is 7 ped.

I see that you have also done your 8 posts to see the Shoutbox. :)

Subject: Request for removal from Yamato Guestlist

Dear Yamato Team,

Hi, my name is Knighty Fire Bird, also (Explorer Skyhawk Nbionic), and I am writing to inform you that I will no longer be participating in the game EU. Therefore, I kindly request to be removed from the Yamato guestlist.

To provide some context, I (unregretfully) admit that I engaged in activities that violated the game's terms of service. I used multiple accounts, made a bot program, played entropia simultaneously. (VM ware workstation - bridged connection + VPN - and a autohotkey/macro recorder script).

About me, I started Entropia Universe back in 2014, when I was 14. I had always played by the rules, and had alot of fun, especially with afk sweating. This game actually helped me with my studies as I often had to stay up late at night, which this provided a nice break. Though, I did took breaks from this game from time to time, and even had a 4-year gap where I didn't play at all. During that time, I gave everything I owned, including 1000Peds and 500 in item MU, to my mentor.

I came back into this game early this year, with this character I made (honestly didnt realize I had made a second character in 2014) I was completely new to Monria then, and for a day or two struggled to get out of Monria, it was then I learnt about the free warp and virtual sense from an advice from another player(dea) which lead me here. best site ever ;) (and the warp)

As I am older now, however, I don't feel the same as I did as a kid. The feeling of this game just isn't there anymore, it was too boring. So, I made multiple accounts, ran them simultaneously with VMware workstation, with a VPN as protection, and to my surprise, I wasn't banned. With this knowledge I brought my accounts to various places in Entropia. - - Calypso for trading, Arkadia for the 2ped daily, Cyrene for that daily weekly paneleon mission + pill, Toulan for the Faps, RT for afk sweating, Monria for the crafting daily, and NI only recently - - however, I realized that I am getting addicted into this game, and I need to stop, soon I will be doing my studies again and I may not have any time left to be playing and I needed to focus.

So, I did an experiment, I recently made 7 alt accounts and made a program to automate and simultaneously sweat on Next Island, which had a great sweating spot but barely anyone during the afternoon (GMT-7 in my timezone). My experiement was whether or not Entropia had a system to check for alts. Which today confirmed that. (lol)>.<

lost 3000peds in total, learnt that VPN isn't sufficient to hide (lol) and that Entropia does in fact, have a system to check accounts for unlawfulness. Otherwise, I learnt 3 things this day,

1: Entropia Universe has measures to detect alt accounts
The experiment shows that Entropia Universe does have mechanisms in place to identify alt accounts.

2: VPN alone is not sufficient to hide unlawful activities
a VPN (virtual private network) alone is not sufficient to mask the user's IP address (possibly because I did not use a vpn in my host computer, but I did only for my bridged VM's? (not sure how it works lol))though it did provide some level of anonymity (it did show that my IP is from a differnt location), it seems that Entropia's system is capable of detecting this beyond IP tracking.

3: Entropia takes action based on user complaints
Entropia system for checking accounts for unlawfulness does not actively take action unless someone files a complaint, suggesting that the system relies on user reports for potential violentation rather from constant monitoring.

In summary, this experiment demonstrated that the game does in fact have systems to detect alt accounts proven by all 28 of my alts banned even with VPN which shows that a VPN alone is not sufficient and that the action may be triggered by user complaints rather from active monitoring.

Anyways, I apologize for any inconvenience, and once again kindly request to remove me from the Yamato guestlist as I will be moving forward. I had a lot of fun, and often used the information from this website' Guide as well as the Yamato warp services. I wish I could have done more, but alas, (thank you for everything)

Thank you for what you shared Knighty, your name will be removed from the Yamato guest list

I am going to kindly ask that no one respond to the above post because this thread is used specifically for signing up to be added to the Yamato guest list.

Thank You.
