I added an additional Sunjoq mob location just SE of the Al-Nahar Snowy Mountain TP with Dominant, Alpha, Old Alpha, Prowler and Stalker maturities. During the Toulan mob reorganization, Sunjoq were removed from this area, but this maturities are there now.

You don't do anything, those are not Christmas missions, they're a buff gift, and each one gives different buffs. Look in your inventory, they should be there behind one of the tabs, I forget which one.

Yes ... however, the mining missions are the same for DSEC9 and Toulan and after doing them at one location you have to wait for the 16 hr cooldown to end before taking them at the other location, but you can complete the mining missions at either location. The hunting missions are different...

You can wear the Shub Spine with the Elder Robes, but the buffs won't stack ... and which buff is active depends on what you equip first, so basically it won't change the existing buff.
