There's an icon in your Action Library that you can put on your screen and press if you want to capture photos in the game. I think when you put your cursor over the icon, it tells you where to look for your photos on your computer.

I checked your photo Anthony, and it was uploaded small, so not sure where it's coming from. How do you take your game shots? Is it the in-game screen shot feature? Even so, I've used it and it comes out just fine. Might check your settings.
