Its a great idea, i fear Eleni is right that its gonna be a MA issue thou, but i really like the idea.

Just now i reached the goal i set when toulan codex came to toulan, i have now reached lvl 25 in all toulan codexes, i finnished Toulan, thats 325 mob lvls and not only have it been a fun challenge, it has also worked wonders for my skills.

Personaly i hope we get somekind of epic quest line, with a cool but not to high impact item in the end, something that we can chase and hope for, and not just grind in a week. I hope we get a shared big mob of sorts, the waves are allready cool, but i wouldnt mind something akin to the wahesh...
