If you’re starting out on Toulan, Guardian Village is one of the easiest places to get going. The mobs right outside drop pretty much everything you need: leather extractors for early crafting and animal hide, beginner guns, some light armor, and a bunch of healing tools. The guns come in two versions, and the Hawk one hits a little harder if you feel like using something slightly better.
The daily missions in the village are super simple. You just need to take out four Mokhat dailies which are a cakewalk and one 170 Dahar mission. Be sure and pick up the dog tag mission over toward the left side by the tower from the NPC there before starting to collect all 5. This dog tag mission gives you half a PED of Universal Ammo, which helps stretch your hunting time without spending extra money.
If you head over to the Citadel, you can pick up the Qaffaz daily along with a couple more for TabTabs and Sunjoq. Sunjoq are especially good if you want to gather Vibrant Sweat.
All of this makes the area really beginner‑friendly. You get weapons, armor, healing tools, and crafting materials without needing to buy much. And honestly, twenty dollars of Universal Ammo lasts a long time when you’re just starting out. Toulan is especially new player or eco player friendly. If you have the time, check out the apartments in Nahar City at Nahar Towers. They are absolutely beautiful, and if you get the chance to own one you won't regret it.
