today I finally got my OS 2.0 after 3 years of very rare and irregular hunting for OTIS gen 01-03.
I am writing this message to confirm this - the mission is working!
and also to refute some rumors: for example, my friend, who previously did this mission, claimed to me that some threshold global is needed to get OS 2.0, about 200-300ped.
Well, that's not true!
I got my OS 2.0 with the usual mini for ~30 ped .
The mission is working: you just have to spend time - which depends on your luck and the speed of the hunt.
In my case, it was much longer than an hour, as some people write here
