Ant has now checked all the locations and he said everything is in place as well, so not sure what is causing the graphics glitches for some ... Ant said you can check your graphical settings (Advanced Graphics as well) because he's never seen what you're reporting before.

If you have an issue with something, please be civil and constructive, but don't hurl accusations when you have no idea what the facts are ... it doesn't help things get sorted ... giving us an opportunity to research what the issue is would be more helpful.

And every location that I went to where some were saying the buildings were floating or invisible with only NPCs showing was as it should be, and everything in place, so I don't know what the issue is with the graphics ... Kendra also checked and they were ok for her.
