On closer inspection it seems like the indentions i tought were attacks might be large amounts of blood.

This happens for all missions that require you to gather mats. For example : many have used it with the jelly's that are hard to get. I don't think it is a bug.

Did you take the mission recently or did you have it from before? The missions have been split into Toulan/Monria born and everyone, but they used to be for everyone. Not sure how it works when you allrdy had the mission taken from before that change but it might be a reason you were able to.

I do hope it's not a lost Toulan city. That belongs on Toulan, not DSEC imo. I'm sure you'll be among the first to find out. ;) I'll be checking if Toulan got a bit of love too. :)

I not aal that familiar with Monrian lore. But if it ever shows up on Toulan and makes trouble there it can eat some of my laser beams :p If if has the same lvl as the shubs on Monria i might be the one running away after i shot a few tho :D

That prize was put on it the day the info got released. 1eth ;) But yes as most things MA sells it is expensive, at least for me. All depends on your financial situation i suppose. Only time will tell if it is the prize was worth it or not. Like what buf(s) wil the pet have if any.

Can't argue with that. I must say tho, if i had the means to buy the Toulan egg i would. If only to own a unique thing from Toulan. I'm unable to sell the game to my friends so i don't see me convincing complete strangers to benefit from the affiliation. I do believe that a capeble person could...
