We gave MA all of the required information needed in order to bring Codex to Monria for what was then the iron missions, it was then up to MA to implement Codex on Monria. When it comes to the Meta portion, that too is something that has to be fixed by MA.

Leprechauns are pets, and only the Iron Missions for the mobs were put into Codex.
